Warrantywise, the UK’s leading provider of third-party specialist automotive warranties, has announced the restructure of its dealer department following high levels of growth over the last 18 months. The move is designed to build better levels of service and support for retail partners, and to lay the foundations for continued, accelerated growth as the used car market continues to grow.
The Blackburn-based company, which operates nationwide for hundreds of dealers, will introduce a partner programme to help facilitate the restructure, aiming to encourage automotive dealer partners to invest in servicing and vehicle preparation, and enhance their online presence. The programme will also help dealers to understand what the relationship with a warranty business looks like, and ultimately show them how to use warranties to upsell and increase their market share and growth.
Based from Warrantywise’s head office in Blackburn, the main sales operation will continue to provide the highest levels of support to dealer partners. Head office staff will be supported by a regional business development team covering the North of England, the Midlands, and the South of England. Furthermore, dealers that see higher volumes of vehicle sales will be supported by a team of key account managers to ensure consistently high levels of service.
“Our aim is to work with automotive retail partners who share our values, and this is reflected in our investment in a partner programme”, states Rachael Taylor, Dealer Sales Director for Warrantywise. Rachael continues: “Our retail partners are crucial to the Warrantywise business. The programme will not only ensure that partners align with company values such as trust, transparency and integrity, but will also allow partnership success to be correctly rewarded.”
Warrantywise currently offers a wide range of automotive warranty packages, with plans to offer additional products and remain at the forefront of customer service. Full details of the existing range are available here.
The new structure comes into effect from 4th April 2022.
