SsangYong Motors UK is delighted to announce the appointment of Thomas Holyoak, as regional aftersales manager who will report to aftersales director, Mark Burrows.
Thomas has a wealth of experience in aftersales having started his career in 2004 with Parkway Motor Group. During his 18 years with the company, Thomas has held several key roles within the organisation, starting as a vehicle technician, working up to service manager and latterly aftersales manager.
Thomas, who joins SsangYong Motors on 4th April, said; “SsangYong is known for its impeccable levels of servicing and customer care, and I am delighted to be joining the team at such an exciting time. SsangYong product keeps going from strength to strength, delivering exceptional value for money whilst ensuring great reliability and quality. Thomas, who will be responsible for franchised dealers in the east and southeast of England, will implement processes to aid continuous improvement, the development of projects that help to raise the standards of customer care and increase profitability for the SsangYong network.
